To promote organ, eye and tissue donation by bringing together donor families, recipients and advocates to celebrate life. We do this by: Connecting donor families to a statewide community of people touched by donation and transplantation Inspiring residents to join the Michigan Organ Donor Registry Awarding scholarships to donor family members

Michigan Donor Family Council’s 2019 Poster Contest!

Due to inclimate weather the poster contest deadlines have been extended. Entries must be postmarked by April 1, 2019. The winners will be announced May 1, 2019.

Hey, Michigan middle school and high school students! Are you creative? Artistic? Passionate about helping people? Do you like to win contests?

The Michigan Donor Family Council is holding an Organ, Tissue and Eye Donation Poster Contest! There are hand-drawn and computer-generated categories, each with cash prizes. Read all the rules here: 2019 Poster Contest Guidelines 

The contest was created to raise awareness for organ, tissue and eye donation through poster art. Your design will help encourage others to help save and heal lives. Each winner’s school’s art department will receive a matching award from the Michigan Donor Family Council. 

 

A Tea for Life 2019

Please Join The Michigan Donor Family Council for the 2019 A Tea for Life at the Townsend Hotel, Birmingham, MI, May 19, 2019. Reservations are $50. Reservations are now being accepted until May 15, 2019.
